So with Christmas fast approaching we are determined ALL our members will be on the Nice List this year so we are organising a colossal CHRISTMAS BOOTCAMP to redeem any questionable behavior!!!!!!

Following on from the mayhem of last years bootcamp we believe this is a necessary service and have opened up spaces to accommodate 36 genuinely “on the fence” members!!!!

Santa seems to think there are still a few that are on his naughty list so we encourage you to get into the full spirit of things and don some festive gear along with our staff members and have some fun for one of your last 2024 workouts.

Booking is essential and on a first come first served so if you think you can’t make it please don’t take up a space that someone else can use.

This class is open to ALL abilities and just remember its all a bit of pre Christmas fun!!!!!!!
