April Courses….

We are delighted to release dates for our new April Holistic Courses

Starting April 16th at 10.30am we have Stott Pilates. Stott Pilates is ideal in combination with some kind of cardiovascular exercise, such as walking, running, aerobics or aqua fitness, and is a great complement to a weight training program or athletic training. *Please note this course is not suitable for beginners.

Then we have Mat Pilates at 6pm on April 17th. Concentrate on strengthening the body while emphasizing core strength every Wednesday for 6 weeks.

Followed by Hatha Yoga at 7.10pm. For 75 minutes our instructor will guide you through 6 weeks of movement and positions that will develop your strength and flexibility aswell as improve mental health through relaxation. This course is open to mixed abilities.

Open to Members €60 and Non members €90 for a course of 6 weeks.
