Beginner Pilates Course

Beginner Pilates returns this coming Monday September 4th at 10am with Mairead.

Pilates is a system of exercise and movement that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Let Mairead guide you in all the basic principles and enjoy the benefits from improved flexibility to increased muscle strength and tone.
