As well as a state of the art gym located near Cork city centre, we have a modern 25-meter 4 lane swimming pool with a depth from 0.8 meter to 2.2 meter. Our swimming pool offers a wide and varied selection of activities such as Swimming Lessons, Aqua Aerobics & Triathlon Training. Most importantly, our swimming facilities are always available to members with a scheduled timetable available at reception.
As you enter our Health Suite, we encourage members to remember this is a quiet zone. You are welcome to relax and unwind in our steam room or enjoy the view over the Lee from our sauna. This is the perfect spot to rejuvenate after a tough workout or long day. Followed by a bucket shower you are guaranteed to feel refreshed.
Our Fitness Classes
All classes last apx. 45mins. Classes can be booked up to 24hrs in advance from 9am the day through your Fitsense App. Please give sufficient notice if you cannot attend a class.
