Metafit
Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
Aqua
An aerobic workout performed in shallow water which ads the resistance of water to the excercises performed.

Fit Happens
Full body circuit style workout using body weight and resistance training.
WOD
WOD stands for Work Out of the Day. You work at your own pace and view your progress over four weeks before the workout changes.
Step & Tone
Choreographed to high energy music, Step and Tone offers a great cardio and strength workout which is great for increasing cardio, toning your muscles, and burning calories.
Fit Camp
Full body bootcamp style workout using body weight and resistance training.
HIIT
HIIT – high-intensity interval training – is a workout in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
20/20/20
A 60 minute classes broken in to 3 x 20minute blocks of varying exercise.
Box 2 Box
Full body cardio workout incorporating boxing drill combinations.
