Our Classes

All classes last apx. 45mins. Classes can be booked up to 24hrs in advance from 9am the day through your Fitsense App. Please give sufficient notice if you cannot attend a class.


Full Body Barbell designed class that covers all your major muscle groups.


The Spinning® Indoor Cycling programme offers energizing, cycling inspired rides that combine sound training principles, expert coaching, inspirational music and a unique mind body philosophy brought to you by Intelligent Cycling™.


This class offers a variety of exercises focused on lifting and swinging the kettlebells requiring you to concentrate on your posture and core, whilst working on your cardio and strength training.


A quiet contemplative practice. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles energetically. Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles.

Creative Circuits

A varied 45min Circuit class designed to keep you moving, the perfect way to increase you Cardiovascular health and break a sweat while having fun!

MyZone™ Burn

The MZ™ Burn program centres around 5 different cardio stations to provide variety and cater for all fitness levels, all while wearing the MZ™ fitness trackers displaying real time efforts on our inhouse screens.


Metapwr™ is a 30minute metabolic resistance workout combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercise with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.


Metafit™ is the original group HIIT workout. 30 minutes, non choreographed, bodyweight only – proven to set the metabolism on fire.


Low impact, high intensity bodyweight training focused on connecting humans. Working on active injury prevention & building mental resilience.

Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness helps build cardiovascular stamina, strength and flexibility. It also helps burn body fat and increase circulation to help you rehabilitate healing muscles and joints.


This class uses stability balls to provide an all over body workout. Fitball classes will improve your balance and strengthen all areas of your abdominals and back. Suitable for all levels.

Abs & Mobility

This class is designed to strengthen the core and trunk muscles. There will also be a large focus on improving posture, balance and range of movement.

Stretch Move & Improve

A stretching class with a focus on improving movement patterns, increased flexibility and helping to reduce injuries.

Flex N’ Tone

A Pilates inspired workout focusing on posture, form and technique combining body weight and some light resistance tools making this an enjoyable class suitable for all fitness levels.

Move Breathe & Relax

A Yoga inspired workout with a focus on wellness and mindfulness, time to nurture the inner you.

Senior Strong & Steady

This class is specifically designed for our senior members with a focus on improving strength, balance and mobility.

Hatha Yoga

Yoga practiced in a traditional way. Asanas (postures) to balance the body and mind through the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energy body (equated with Ki or Chi in other systems), and meditation to calm and focus the mind.

Vinyasa Yoga

A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.


Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.
