District Health & Leisure 5k 2022
We couldn’t be more excited to finally announce we have secured our very own 5k race!
Runners, joggers and walkers over 16 are welcome to join us for this exciting race on the 7th of August in Tramore Valley Park.
This event is open to members and non members so please be sure to spread the word to make this a regular fixture on Corks race calendar!!!
Don’t worry if you think you wont manage 5k, we will be posting a weekly couch to 5k plan in the lead up to the big day!

This is a chip timed event and there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female as well as some spot prizes and heaps of fun!!!
