It was only a matter of time before this young man was recognised as our Member of the Month.

Barry is a permanent fixture here and rarely misses a day. Spends alot of his time on the main gym floor but we have noticed Barry is attending Spinning on a regular basis now also.

A man who is believes in Balance -pardon the pun he frequently pops into the wonderful staff in the Cafe on his way out the door.

Barry is a true gentleman and a pleasure to have him here with his quick whit and words of positivity and joy every day.
