STRENGTH IN NUMBERS – This class is designed to improve power, strength & speed utilizing dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, plyo boxes and battle ropes. The aim is to help people increase muscular strength and enhance peoples knowledge towards strength training. All fitness levels welcome
ERGZONE – ErgZone combines use of the 3 Ergs (Bike, Row & Ski) in a class format. We will use metrics to guide you through each session, be it heart rate, % efforts, WATTS or calorie data by linking with the MZ™ device
CREATIVE CIRCUITS – a varied 45min Circuit class designed to keep you moving, the perfect way to increase you Cardiovascular health, break a sweat while having fun.
FITBALL – this class uses stability balls to provide an all over body workout. Fitball classes will improve your balance and strengthen all areas of your abdominals and back. Suitable for all levels.
ABS & MOBILITY – This class is designed to strengthen the core and trunk muscles. There will also be a large focus on improving posture, balance, range of movement and back pain management through the use of pilates based exercises.
STRETCH MOVE & IMPROVE – A 45minute stretching class with a focus on improving movement patterns, increased flexibility and helping to reduce injuries.
FLEX N TONE – A Pilates inspired workout focusing on posture, form and technique combining body weight and some light resistance tools making this an enjoyable class suitable for all fitness levels.
MOVE BREATHE & RELAX – A Yoga inspired workout with a focus on wellness and mindfulness, time to nurture the inner you.
