Meet Nicola, Membership Sales Manager here at District Health & Leisure!

Nicola embarked on her journey at Source Health & Fitness in 2006, assuming various roles including Receptionist, Duty Manager, and Membership Sales Consultant. I’ve been working in the fitness industry ever since, and over the past 20 years I’ve been lucky enough to gain experience in a variety of roles. I returned to District in 2019, and it’s been fantastic to be part of such a vibrant club ever since.

One of the things I love most about my job is meeting new people every day. Whether you’re completely new to fitness, returning after a break or simply looking for a change, I’m here to help you find the right membership and make getting started as easy and enjoyable as possible.

From your first enquiry or club tour right through to joining, I love getting to know our members, understanding their goals and helping them feel at home at District. And my door is always open if you need a little guidance or have any questions along the way!

Another big part of my role is working with local businesses and developing our corporate membership partnerships. I really enjoy getting out into the community, meeting new people and helping companies support the health and wellbeing of their employees.

For me, what makes District special is so much more than our fantastic facilities. It’s the people, the atmosphere and the genuine sense of community we’ve built. I’m incredibly lucky to work alongside such a dedicated team and to see our members enjoying everything the club has to offer.

I’m proud to be part of District’s continued growth and excited to see what the future brings!
