PAYG Vinyasa Yoga


Pay As You Yoga goes ahead this Sunday March 25h in District Health and Leisure

We are delighted to be able to offer members and non members the chance to attend a PAYG Yoga session every Sunday at 10am with Gillian.

This yoga style is practiced linking fluid movement with conscious breathing. The flow of movement is excellent for getting the heart rate pumping and working up a nice sweat. Vinyasa can help increase strength, flexibility, stability and focus.

This course is open to members who can book via the FitSense app and non members who can contact reception.

The rate is €15 for non members and €10 to members.
