New to District Health and Leisure…….

This new 10 week course is suitable for children between the ages of 8 and 12 who can comfortably swim a length of the 25m pool.

The Rookie Lifeguard Pool program teaches children interchangeable skills that help build their confidence, promote teamwork, and foster leadership skills.

Rookie Pool Lifeguards develop the basic survival, rescue and lifesaving skills that will empower them to respond effectively in emergency situations.

The Rookie Lifeguard Pool program can run parallel to your child’s current swimming lessons and enhance the skills they learn in the pool.

Starting November 12th this course will be a 45min class from 6.15-7pm.

Places are limited and open to members and non members.
