Strong and Steady will incorporate standing & chair based movements to improve strength & stability using resistance bands & body weight. Prepare to live longer & live stronger whilst having some fun.
Regular exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
The mobility benefits of staying active, as well as the physical and mental health benefits all play a key role in helping you stay independent as you get older.
