Have you ever tried Hatha Yoga? Well now is the perfect opportunity as we are offering 2 FREE taster classes this coming week.

Wednesday 31st @ 7pm

Saturday 3rd @2pm

Hatha Yoga uses practices in a traditional way, asanas (postures) to balance the body and mind through the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energy body (equated to Ki or Chi in other systems) and meditation to calm and focus the mind.

These classes will be open to members and non members. Space is limited so booking is essential via reception. No walk ins will be permitted.
