Vinyasa Yoga Course

NEW 30min PAYG Vinyasa Yoga Class starting Thursday 21st of September.

We are delighted to offer members and non members a 30 min Vinyasa Yoga Flow class every Thursday at 6pm

Vinyasa Yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The flow of movement is excellent for getting the heart rate pumping and working up a nice sweat. Vinyasa can help increase strength, flexibility, stability and focus.

There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.
