New Weekend Yoga coming this July

We are delighted to be able to offer a weekend Yoga Course this July. Join us on Sunday mornings at 9.30am for Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Gillian.

This yoga style is practiced linking fluid movement with conscious breathing. The flow of movement is excellent for getting the heart rate pumping and working up a nice sweat. Vinyasa can help increase strength, flexibility, stability and focus.

This course is open to members and non members and will run for 6 weeks during the summer. The cost is €90 for non members and €60 to members.
